Files stay on your device. A matching BAI or CSI index is required.

How to read this view

The plot covers the selected read’s entire alignment. Only reads spanning the current genomic viewport are included. The ruler highlights that viewport.

j/k or ↑/↓ select a read. h/l or ←/→ move the genomic viewport. Home/End select the first/last read. g focuses the position box; submit to jump. s downloads the selected alignment as BED6. q or Escape closes the view.

Complete, non-overlapping windows count modification calls, not genomic bases. Incomplete trailing windows remain raw points. This demo supports local BAM files with a matching BAI or CSI index, not CRAM or remote URLs. Parsing, analysis and terminal-frame generation all run in WebAssembly on your device. Closing the page releases the session.
